1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Team Automated website (teamautomated.com) and the services offered by Team Automated, LLC ("Team Automated," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website, booking a consultation, or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Our Services

Team Automated provides business automation consulting, including assessments, strategy consulting, implementation of automation and AI systems, and ongoing coaching. The specific scope, deliverables, and fees for any engagement are defined in a separate written agreement or proposal between you and Team Automated. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer of specific results or outcomes.

3. Consultations and Scheduling

Booking links on this website are provided through Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, and your use of that service is subject to Calendly's own terms. The free Business Gap Assessment™ is a diagnostic conversation and does not obligate you to purchase any service, nor does it obligate Team Automated to accept any engagement.

4. Fees and Payment

Fees for services are stated in your engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated in that agreement, invoices are due upon receipt. We do not lock clients into long-term contracts; specific renewal and cancellation terms are set out in each engagement agreement.

5. Client Responsibilities

Delivering automation services requires your cooperation, including timely access to relevant business information, accounts, and systems, and a designated point of contact. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining appropriate rights to any third-party accounts, tools, or data you ask us to work with.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and the Team Automated name and mark — is the property of Team Automated, LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent. Ownership of work product created during an engagement is defined in the applicable engagement agreement.

7. Third-Party Tools and Services

Our services frequently involve selecting, configuring, and managing third-party software (for example CRM, messaging, scheduling, and payment platforms). Those tools are governed by their own terms and pricing, which you accept directly with the applicable vendor. Team Automated is not responsible for the availability, security, or performance of third-party services.

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we work to ensure information on this site is accurate, we make no guarantee of specific business results, revenue increases, or time savings.
