Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

1. Who We Are

Team Automated, LLC ("Team Automated," "we," "us," or "our") operates teamautomated.com. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information We Collect

Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we collect your full name, email address, phone number, and the message you send us.

Scheduling: if you book a consultation through our Calendly link, Calendly collects the information you provide there (such as your name, email, and selected time) under its own privacy policy, and shares the booking details with us.

Usage data: like most websites, our hosting infrastructure may automatically log basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and site operation. We may also use analytics tools, including session-recording tools that capture how visitors interact with our pages (with form inputs masked), to understand and improve how the site is used.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide to respond to your inquiries, schedule and conduct consultations, deliver and improve our services, and — where you have engaged us or asked to hear from us — send relevant follow-up communications. We do not sell your personal information.

4. How We Share Information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate the business — such as scheduling (Calendly), customer relationship management, email, and hosting providers — and only as needed for them to perform those functions. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Retention

We keep contact and client information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry, provide services, and meet legal and accounting obligations. You may ask us to delete your information at any time (see "Your Choices" below).

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by reaching out through our contact page. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws, and we will honor valid requests.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

This website is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on this page is the current version, and the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change.

10. Contact

Questions or requests about your personal information? Reach out through our contact page and we will get back to you personally.

Want to exercise any of these rights? Contact us and we'll take care of it.
